When Zedd and I first discussed the Telos album cover, he knew he wanted something seamless that could unify the individual artworks for each song—but wasn’t sure how to bring that idea to life. Over the next few months, I presented many concepts and different ways to execute this vision. It wasn’t until I introduced a stained glass window design, originally intended for the song “1685” with Muse, that everything clicked. The stained glass style not only fit perfectly with that track but also became the unifying concept for the entire album. This idea was especially meaningful to me, as it drew inspiration from my late grandfather, a professional lead light artist.

From there, I created individual stained glass pieces for each song, ensuring that when all layered on top of one another, they would form the final Telos album cover like a puzzle. Every piece was digitally hand-drawn, with designs that reflected the unique essence of each song—from surreal landscapes to intricate celestial diagrams—seamlessly fitting together as one.

Beyond the album cover, I directed and created the Telos vinyl packaging, tour admats, typography and branding guides, all marketing materials, merchandise, animations, billboards, video assets, OOH designs including the including the 1800–602–ZEDD campaign, and more. The Telos visual identity extended even further, becoming the core of the Zedd x Intel Album Artwork Experience Pop-Up event at Complex in Los Angeles, a Virtual Beat Galaxy game on Roblox, and the inspiration behind the Telos Tour stage design.

Having created the visual identity for Telos, I’m thrilled to see the album received a 2025 Grammy Award Nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album, a recognition that celebrates the music, the vision, and the team that worked together to bring it all to life.
